I chose my favorite pieces from my little Picasso and ensured they would fit nicely within the matte and the frame.
I removed the frames from the backing and spray painted them. I really liked this spray paint because it gave full coverage in one coat. I allowed the frames to dry over night.
I placed the command strips on the wall and allowed them to set. I can’t stress the importance of allowing at least one hour for the strips to adhere to the wall before adding what you’re hanging to the command hooks and strips. Prepping your wall by wiping it down with alcohol, prior to adding the strips, is equally important. I have had many a project come crashing down, so take heed.
After reassembling the pictures within the frames, I was able to simply press them onto the wall, in his play room. Super simple and our little artist was thrilled that his artwork is now part of the decor!
