Say I Do! In This Affordable Amazon Mermaid Dress

This week I’ll be celebrating my 9th wedding anniversary and decided I wanted to do a faux bridal shoot. My actual wedding dress is sealed and boxed so I challenged myself to see if Amazon had an affordable dress, that one could actually get married in and I found this gem! So here I am, with my little pink wig, trying to make this shoot feel weddingly (my word.)  The dress itself is nice but it really needed some pizazz! Adding my rhinestone belt from ASOS, really added that bridal flair I was looking for. Amazon has some really nice rhinestone sash belts as well. The necklace is the one I wore on my wedding day.   Thanks to Covid, I know many brides have opted to postpone their wedding or head to the courthouse. This dress is the perfect alternative to an expensive dress while still maintaining beauty and sophistication.   I am 5’8 and wear a size 14, so I ordered a 2x to be on the safe side but I could’ve went with an XL.
